| On Palm Sunday, April 19, 1970 the doors of St. Paul Greek Orthodox Church opened for the first time. A highlight of the summer is the St Paul Greek Fest, an annual weekend of authentic Greek food, traditional entertainment, and much more. The Greek food options were amazing: Lamb Shank, Athenian Chicken, Moussaka, Gyros, Souvlaki (pork and chicken), Pastitsio, Spanakopita, Orzo Salad, Tzatziki, Dolmathes, Tiropita, Saganaki with Pita and much more. I tried a new desser – a Baklava Sundae! |

| But the traditional Greek foods were the best. Like the Loukoumades. |
