The Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF) was founded in 1977 by Jonathan Forman. The annual regional festival has showcased films from around the world. Jonathan Forman, who owns Cedar Lee Theatre in Cleveland Heights, spoke about the start and history of CIFF at a press event about the 50 year anniversary.
